Chinese New Year Celebration
Class: Hedgehog Year: 2017 - 2018
We began to find out about Chinese New Year and will continue to learn about it until the weekend of February the 16th. We tried a range of Chinese food including prawn crackers, wongtons, prawn toast, Chinese fried rice and soy sauce. During the afternoon we made Chinese fans, slab books with Chinese writing on and a lantern. It was fun learning about a different culture.
