Reminders

Please ensure your child brings a water bottle to school every day.

Please label ALL clothing and belongings.

Please ensure your child comes in to school wearing their P.E Kit on these days. Our P.E kit is a white t-shirt, black or navy-blue shorts and trainers.  Your child may require something warmer to wear if the weather is colder. Please ensure that all items of kit are clearly labelled with your child’s name.  For health and safety reasons, children cannot wear jewellery for PE, so all children need to either be able to remove their earrings or they should be removed in the morning before school.

Homework

Reading: Books will be changed regularly in accordance with Phonics teaching.  Aim to read with your child at least 3 times every week. Please listen to your child read out loud and record this in their diary. Please discuss any vocabulary that they are not sure of and ask them questions about the story. Children will bring home a reading for pleasure book to enjoy with family at home.
