Apply for a Nursery Place

Application Pack

In order to apply for a place at nursery please complete:

• The appropriate application form (2 year old or F1)

• EYFE funding form

• OFSM form

• All About Me (2 year old or F1)

Please return them to the nursery office along a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Consent Documents

Once you have been allocated a nursery place you will receive a letter detailing next steps such as: home visits; stay and play; settling in etc. Additionally you will be asked to consent to the following documents digitally via the setting's Arbor Management Information System (MIS)
