Our Core Values: 

Happiness – When our children at nursery are happy they have fun, take joy in each other and in their surroundings. They are then able to engage fully in teaching and learning experiences and to reach their full potential.

Respect - Nursery children show respect as they celebrate similarities and differences between people. They consider the thoughts and feelings of others and treat each other fairly.

Resilience – Resilient children at nursery are curious, brave and will take healthy risks. They are not easily discouraged in the face of setbacks and will readily step outside their comfort zone. These qualities help them to solve problems and achieve goals.

Responsibility – Children at nursery are encouraged to take responsibility for each other and their surroundings. They learn to follow our routines and expectations.

Our school staff and governors worked together to agree on our school vision, mission and core values which are firmly established in the heart of everything we do and are shared with pupils, parents and carers. With our vision, mission and core values in mind staff and governors identify and work on focused areas of improvement collaboratively and efficiently.
